Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with ALSO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you purchased the incorrect size, we offer an exchange only within 7 days of your purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at wearalso@gmail.com and provide your order number and the details of the exchange. We will process your exchange once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for incorrect size purchases. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please let us know which size you require.
